Pet Services information
A charge of $75.00 will be charged to the Guest’s account as a “Pet Fee” for any pet accompanying the guest in their room. The Pet Fee is non-refundable. The Guest accepts the responsibility to properly maintain said property during occupancy and agrees to pay for any damage or loss caused by pet beyond the $75.00 fee. The cost of professional services will be assessed to your account if the room is left in an unsatisfactory condition (beyond normal cleaning services). The guest will be responsible to conduct a pre-inspection of the said room within one hour of check-in and immediately contact the Front Desk to notify of any stains or damage to the guest room. All spots or stains on the carpet and furniture not reported during the pre-inspection will be charged to the guests account. During check-out the guest understands that a post inspection may be done and any staining or damages will be charged to the guest account.
